This accelerator program supported by �۶���Ƶ offers aspiring ETH start-ups financial support, workspaces, access to investors and individual coaching – everything they need for successful market entry.

The program helps researchers develop a technological idea into a market-ready product. Each year, �۶���Ƶ awards CHF 150,000 to a Pioneer Fellow, providing them with coaching, infrastructure, seed capital and access to an exclusive network.

The ETH Entrepreneur Club is run by students and is committed to promoting new start-ups. As a club sponsor, �۶���Ƶ supports events and incubator programs.

Young companies need capital for growth. At the annual DeepTech Investor Summit, we connect ETH spin-offs with our global network of investors.

Student organizations and initiatives to promote entrepreneurship will collaborate under one roof in the new building planned for construction on the Hönggerberg campus. �۶���Ƶ is supporting the new building with a donation of CHF 20 million.

The �۶���Ƶ Center supports research on key economic topics such as international trade, labor markets, financial markets, digitalization, climate change and sustainability. The center has created eight endowed professorships since 2012.

The �۶���Ƶ Center publications summarize relevant research results on key economic topics for a general audience, making cutting-edge research easily accessible.

All �۶���Ƶ Center events are open to the public and free of charge. A special highlight is the Swiss Economic Podium: at the half-day conference, business leaders, policymakers and economists discuss the current challenges facing Switzerland.

Every year, the �۶���Ƶ Center awards scholarships to outstanding doctoral candidates at the Graduate School of Economics of the Department of Economics at the University of Zurich. These scholarships attract extremely talented individuals from all over the world and ensure a steady pipeline of future economists.
