Only the child’s parents and/or legal guardian may sign contracts in their name. Accordingly, only these people may open an account. Only one parent or legal guardian needs to be present when opening the account.

In addition, the parents and/or legal guardian must already be ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ clients and have access to ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Digital Banking. If you are not yet a ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ client, you can open ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ key4 banking online via app or a ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ me banking package directly in a branch.

At the age of 12, the parents’ right of disposal ceases to apply by default, which the parents or the legal guardian are informed about in advance by letter. In order for the child to continue to have access to the account, they must go to a ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ branch to identify themselves and sign the new contractual documents.

The daily limit is CHF 20 and the monthly limit CHF 100. Parents can adjust the daily and monthly limits in their ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Digital Banking.

No. Making any type of payment (including account transfers) is only possible via the parent or legal guardian’s ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Digital Banking.

a. Mobile Banking: How can a child register with their own phone and mobile number?

1. Enter the child’s phone number when opening the account.
2. Download the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Access App and the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Mobile Banking App onto the child’s smartphone.
3. Open the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Access App and follow the registration instructions.
4. A confirmation code will be sent to the child’s mobile phone number by SMS.
5. Enter the confirmation code in your child's ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Access App to complete the registration.

Regardless of whether the child registers with their own phone number or not, online purchases must always be approved via the parent or legal guardian’s Access App.

b. Mobile Banking: How can a child register with their own phone but without their own mobile number?

1. Enter your phone number when opening the account.
2. Help your child download the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Access App and ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Mobile Banking App.
3. You’ll receive a code to register for the Access App via SMS.
4. Enter the confirmation code in your child's ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Access App to complete the registration.

Regardless of whether the child registers with their own phone number or not, online purchases must always be approved via the parent or legal guardian’s Access App.

c. Mobile Banking: How can a child register without their own phone and mobile number?

1. Enter your phone number when opening the account.
2. Log out of your Digital Banking contract on your mobile phone.
3. Enter your child’s contract number in the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Access App on your phone (Access App > Settings > Add contract number).
4. Your child can log in to the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Mobile Banking App on your mobile phone with their contract number.

Regardless of whether the child registers with their own phone number or not, online purchases must always be approved via the parent or legal guardian’s Access App.
